“Helping You Save Animal Lives” is the purpose of KSCO Pet Radio, a weekly 2-hour interview and call-in program that airs from Noon until 2PM PT every Sunday on KSCO 1080AM/104.1FM and KOMY 1340AM.
Hosted by award-winning journalist and broadcaster David Coursey and experienced professional dog trainer Laura Pakis, the program advocates for all animals, emphasizing dogs and cats, with a wide variety of fun and educational guests and topics. The program’s goal is to help people make animal lives and their own lives better by creating a loving bond between pets and people.
Each week, we feature nationally known experts, veterinarians, and rescuers on a wide range of topics, including the global fight against animal cruelty, pet medicine and health, dog and cat behavior, training, feeding, equipment, insurance, orphan care, and other lifesaving information. Most of the program is later edited into topical segments for our podcast library, which is headed toward 150 podcast episodes.
We also produce KSCOPetRadio.com, the radio program’s companion website, updated daily with pet and animal news and information. Visit the website for the weekly program lineup and other information.
